This webpage is intended for organizations in our service network, receiving support through PDX Diaper Bank’s community partners program. It is a HUB for accessing essential documents, as well as monitoring partnership status throughout the year.

2024 Annual Report (Required)
Annual impact reporting is required in order to maintain good standing as a partner agency of PDX Diaper Bank. We rely on collective data from our partner agencies in order to demonstrate community impact via PDX Diaper Bank’s annual report which we share with donors, foundations, etc.

Human Essentials
Human Essentials is our cloud-based software where our partner agency request diapering supplies monthly. Login credentials are created by invitation, after an organization is formally welcomed into PDX Diaper Bank’s service network.
