Mobile Diaper-Wrapping Partnership Opportunity

Difficulty coordinating travel for your entire to come to our location? PDX Diaper Bank can come to you! Your staff can volunteer to help sort, count, and wrap diapers for distribution to families in the community. With this opportunity, we bring the diaper-wrapping experience to your location. Your team will wrap a set number of diapers based on the number of volunteers you would like to engage in the allotted time. PDX Diaper Bank’s unique mobile volunteer experience facilitates hands-on volunteerism all without leaving the comfort of your office.

Details About Your Event

Activity: Your group will host a diaper wrapping/team-building event at a location of your choice to count and wrap the diapers into baby-ready packs.

Tax-Deductible Donation (Required): In order to support the PDX Diaper Bank’s overhead for a mobile event, we ask that your business/group make a minimum monetary donation of $500 to help cover associated costs of the event e.g. diapers, administrative/program fees, and other necessary supplies.

PDX Diaper Bank Provides:

• • All of the diapers you need for your event (financial gifts help secure them at a discounted rate, less than wholesale!)

  • Plastic wrap, labels, and other supplies

  • On-site staff to provide an overview of PDX Diaper Bank, instructions, and guidance during the event

  • Transportation of diapers and supplies to and from the location

  • Social media and newsletter recognition for your company

Your Business Provides:

• • Space to host the event

  • Volunteers for set up/wrapping/ loading diaper mobile for transport back to warehouse.  

  • Tables on which to wrap diapers

  • Assistance with clean up

  • A minimum monetary pledge of $500 to support PDX Diaper Bank’s essential mission and services
